Exchange or return

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange for a other color or size or return an item, do not forget to attach your original invoice, on which you will specify your request.

You have 20 days to make a return (from the date of purchase), which should be addressed to: Espace Cashmere, 101 rue Réaumur F-75002 Paris, France.

Refunds will be made within 30 days following receipt of the returned merchandise. Please be aware that shipping fees will not be refunded.

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted 30 days after the date of purchase. Any dirty, worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned clothing cannot be exchanged or returned.
